I have a problem keeping on weight and I have a horrible appetite so having ensure helps keep me healthy and gives me energy!! I am totally addicted to the chocolate and vanilla flavored ensures! Haha! When I run out I go through withdrawals!! Gotta have em!! 10s across the board would recommend. Some of the other brands of high calorie drinks taste SO BEYOND GROSS! Believe me I've tried a bunch because they were cheaper or just because they didnt have ensure or something and I have a whole box of these generic brand in my garage because they tasted like thick eww.. not even sure what to compare it too. But Ensure has always tasted yummy to me. I LIKE the Ensure Plus the best because its thicker and sweeter then the original and the Ensure Fiber. The ensure fiber is Ok though and still better then most brands!
